Natural clay brick
Is a cladding system with stones made from natural clay, mounting rails and different connection details. The system is intended for use on business-, office – and multi store buildings etc. The façade stones are attached on profiles made from metal (mounting rails) in accordance with a Swedish patented method.
Assembling- and connection details are the same as for Marmoroc, which is Type Approved by Sitac (Swedish Institute for Technical Approval in Construction) in accordance with BBR sector 6:532, 5:63, 5:631 and BKR sector 2:111 (Approval no. 1356/70)
Description of the product
The façade stone is made from clay, which is burned at a high temperature (Approx. 1200 °C) The mounting rails are made from hot dipped galvanized steel with an black colour coated surface. The façade stone have high freeze resistant and is very impact resistant. The shape of the stone and the mounting principal are showed at the picture below. The installation of the stone is done without use of nail, screw or any other tightening material. At any damage single stones can easily be dismounted and changed. Corner stones or as an alternative, corner profiles, and other connection profiles are a part the assortment.

The building thickness including mounting rails and stones is approx. 45 - 50 mm

Weight: approx 35 - 45 kg/m² building wall including mounting rails.
Appearance
The stones are available in a various range of shapes, colours and surfaces. The surface is either smooth with a dull lustre or glazed. The stones are mounted with a 10 mm horizontal joint and 5-10 mm vertical joint marking. Façade patterns can easily be performed.
Guidance at projecting
The mounting rails are attached direct to the wall with screw. Through the shape from the mounting rail a ventilated air space of approx. 20 mm appears between the stone and the existing wall. At added insulation a special distance beam (steelstud) made from steel plate is installed and also insulation and wind paper. All profiles manage a building height up to 100 meter.
